Gooseberry (green and red)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain gooseberries. Boil wine with 150 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) water, lemon juice, slit vanilla pod and honey. Add gooseberries, bring to a boil again and remove from heat.

2.

Remove vanilla pod and pour compote into well rinsed and sealable glasses. Seal using desired method and store in a cool, dark place.
