- 400 grams Strawberries
- 300 grams Natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 200 milliliters milk
- Additional ingredients
- 150 grams fresh, ripe Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 4 mint (for garnish)
Preparation

Rinse strawberries, trim, cut into small pieces and puree with yogurt, honey, lemon juice and milk in a blender. Chill until ready to serve.

Pick through the raspberries, wipe clean and blend with the powdered sugar until finely pureed. Press through a sieve. Pour the soup into cups, stir in the raspberry puree and serve garnished with mint leaves.
