Sweet polenta can convince with vitamin A, which ensures improved vision and healthy skin. The easily digestible corn semolina is also gluten-free and therefore suitable for many who cannot tolerate the gluten protein.

A compote of cherries or plums goes particularly well with the sweet polenta slices. Our Sour Cherry Compote is a perfect compliment!

1 Vanilla bean
1 piece Lemon peel

I have no clue what I am supposed to dow ith the eggs in this recipe. Beat them and cook them, but then what? what does that have to do with the polenta cakes?

Hi and sorry for the confusion! The eggs don't belong in the recipe and it has now been adjusted to reflect that change. Thanks for bringing to our attention! ES
