½ red chile pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour with egg, olive oil, about 4 tablespoons water and a pinch of salt and knead into a smooth dough. If necessary, add more oil, water or flour to make smooth. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature.

Rinse chili pepper, remove seeds and chop finely. Peel mango, remove pit and cut flesh into small pieces. Rinse apricots, cut in half, remove pits and cut flesh into small pieces. Mix together and sweeten as desired with sugar.

Thinly roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut out squares with a pastry cutter measuring about 10 x 10 cm (approximately 4 x 4 inches). Place fruit filing on the lower half of each square.
