Heat together the sugar and orange juice in a medium saucepan gently until the sugar has dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool before pouring into a silicone 12 bun mini-muffin mould. Transfer to the freezer.
After 60 minutes, skewer the orange lollipops with wooden skewers. Return to the freezer and freeze overnight before serving.
