Sweet Bagel Bite with Cream

Prepare the chocolate spread by heating the double cream in a small saucepan until boiling point.
Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring well until melted; set to one side to cool and thicken.
Beat the whipping cream with the icing sugar in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form; spoon into a piping bag fitted with a small star-shaped nozzle.
Toast the bagel halves until lightly coloured. Spread the bagel halves with the chocolate spread.
Decorate the chocolate spread with the banana slices, then pipe blobs of the cream on top of each banana slice. Sprinkle with a few toasted almond flakes before serving.
