- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation

Rinse and mince the chilies. Bring to a boil with 180-200 ml (approximately 6-7 ounces) of water in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the peppers are soft.

Puree until a paste is formed, then divide into jars. Seal tightly and cool completely.
