1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsps cornstarch
4 Tbsps Rice vinegar
100 milliliters Pineapple juice
1 small Napa cabbage
200 grams Long grain rice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Mix together pineapple juice, cornstarch, vinegar and sugar. Cook rice according to package instructions.

2.

Trim cabbage and separate leaves. Rinse, shake dry and cut into strips. Heat wok, add oil and brown the pork cubes in batches, removing browned meat from wok and setting aside.

3.

Add cabbage to wok and stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in marinade and bring to a boil.

4.

Dice pineapple and heat briefly. Stir in meat. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the rice.
