Sunflower Seed Bread with Herbed Quark and Radish Salad
Mix quark with buttermilk, salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs.
Rinse radishes and cut into thin slices. Rinse scallions and finely chop. Rinse arugula and drain. Whisk vinegar with oil, salt and pepper. Pour over radishes, scallions and arugula and toss well. Serve sunflower seed bread with quark mixture and salad.
