Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Bread
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in flour and all remaining ingredients with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Divide dough into 5 parts, wrap each in plastic and chill overnight.
The next day, shape dough pieces to small baguettes and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 430°F) on the 2nd shelf from the bottom for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove, slice and serve.
