1 kilogram Raspberries
1 lemon (juiced and zested)
500 grams jam sugar (2:1)
1 Vanilla bean (as desired)
2 centiliters raspberry Brandy

Preparation steps

1.

Brush the raspberries and mix with lemon juice, the zest and the vanilla seeds.

Add to a pot along with the jam sugar and bring to a boil while stirring.

Boil for 3-5 minutes stirring constantly and then pour in the raspberry liqueur. Stir well and transfer carefully into prepared jars (to the brim). Seal the jars immediately and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely and store in a cool, dark place.
