Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection), (approximately 375°F). Butter the tart tins. 

2.

Roll out the puff pastry 3-4 mm thin. Form a circle (a little larger than the tart tin). Take the tart tin and lay puff pastry form over the edge and brush with butter.

Rinse and cut the strawberries, then mix with the lemon juice and sugar. Spread on dough base. From the remaining dough cut 5-6 mm thin strips. Grid-shaped design on the strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining butter.

Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool in the mold, cut and serve.
