80 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
2 eggs

150 grams Pastry flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
5 tablespoons milk

50 grams Strawberry Jam
300 milliliters milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
60 grams sugar
5 centiliters Advocaat
500 grams Strawberries

Preparation steps

1.

Mix soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then stir in egg and lemon peel. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in with the milk.

Grease the molds, sprinkle with flour and pour the batter in and smooth out.

Bake in a preheated oven (175°C) (approximately 350°F) for 20 - 25, take out, take out of the molds and sprinkle while still warm with strawberry jam, then leave to cool.
