- 5 cups mixed Lettuce (e. g. lamb's lettuce, lollo biondo, rocket, torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 bunch Cress
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 1.333 cups Strawberries (quartered)
- For the dressing
- 4 Tbsps Strawberry vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation
1.
Mix all the salad ingredients together and separate into four salad bowls. To make the dressing mix together the vinegar and honey and stir in a dash of lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp water and the oil. Season with salt, drizzle over the salad and serve.
