Strawberry Puree with Quark Cream
Combine quark with 50 grams (approximately 1.7 ounces) of sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat cream until stiff and fold into quark mixture.
Rinse and clean strawberries, chop and boil with 1 cup of water, lemon juice and remaining sugar for a few minutes. Remove from heat and puree. Let cool.
Layer strawberry puree and quark mixture in serving glasses. Garnish with mint and serve.
