Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese, folate (vitamin B9), and potassium. They are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for the heart and blood sugar control. 

You can combine strawberries with other fruits like banana or mango to make an even more exciting popsicle!

1 Orange (juice)
3 tablespoons Apple syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and rinse the strawberries. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Puree with strawberries, buttermilk and orange juice.

Sweeten to taste with apple syrup and pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze for at least 5 hours and insert the popsicle sticks after about 1 hour.
