Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the strawberries and chop coarsely. Place in a pot, add water just to cover and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Filter through a cloth-lined sieve.

Dissolve the sugar in the juice and stir in the alcohol. Bottle the alcohol, and store in a warm, dark place for 2 weeks. Serve.
