- 250 grams Kiwi
- 1 kilogram jam sugar
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp peppers
- 1 Vanilla bean
Preparation

Rinse, trim and chop the strawberries. Peel the kiwis and also chop.

In a large pot, bring the strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, sugar, halved vanilla bean and pepper to a boil and cook according to the jam sugar package directions. Remove the pan from the heat, remove the vanilla bean and pour the hot jam into the prepared clean jars. Seal and cool.
