- 500 grams Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 400 grams Whipped cream
- 8 Frozen pop molds
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse strawberries and remove the stems. Mash the fruit with the powdered sugar in a bowl.

Whip cream until silky and stir in the strawberry puree.
3.
Pour ice cream into molds and freeze for about 6 hours. Serve garnished as desired.
