400 grams Strawberries
50 grams sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
250 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Soften the gelatin in cold water.

Rinse the strawberries. Set aside 4 strawberry halves for the garnish and puree the rest. Heat the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the squeezed gelatin. Let cool.

3.

Whip the cream and fold into the strawberry puree. Pour the cream into bowls and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve garnished with the remaining strawberries.
