Preparation

Rinse and chop the strawberries. Scald the apricots. Peel the apricots, halve and remove the pits. Chop the apricots into small pieces. Mix the fruit, lemon juice and sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for about 4 minutes.

Pour the mixture into jars and close tightly. Let cool before serving.
