100 milliliters Prosecco
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
250 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries, brush, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator with the Prosecco and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar about 30 min.

2.

Puree approximately 1/4 of the fruit finely and strain through a sieve. Whip cream with remaining powdered sugar until stiff and mix in the berry puree.

3.

Distribute strawberries with Prosecco in dessert glasses and top with the strawberry cream.
