Beat the butter, sugar, salt and eggs until fluffy. Add the cinnamon, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the almonds and flour. Mix well. Pour the dough into the ramekins and smooth.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160°C (approximately 325°F).
Remove the cookies from the pan and let cool.
After cooling, stack the stars on wooden sticks (largest to smallest) so they appear to be trees. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
