Knead butter, wine, egg yolks and flour quickly into a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough until slightly flat on a floured surface until about 3-4 mm (approximately 1/10 inch) thin. Cut out star shapes. Cut out smaller star shapes in center of original stars. Knead remaining dough, roll out again and cut more stars. Bake in preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) for about 12 minutes. Remove and cool for 15 minutes.
Dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Keep in an airtight container between serving.
