1 ⅔ cups Dark chocolate (at least 45% cocoa, chopped)
1 cup Ladyfinger (halved)
4 teaspoons Oranges (or almond liqueur)
½ cup Hazelnuts (or almonds, chopped)
1 cup white chocolate (chopped)
¼ cup white chocolate (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate and drizzle the sponge fingers with the liqueur. Line a small, square tin with aluminium foil.
2.
Mix together the nuts, biscuits and chocolate and pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Leave to cool and set but do not place in the fridge.
3.
Melt the dark cooking chocolate and spread over the cold biscuit-nut mixture.
4.
Melt the white cooking chocolate and fill into a pipping bag. Pipe lines of white cooking chocolate on top of the dark cooking chocolate. Allow to set, then knock out of the tine and cut into slices with a warm knife.
