Spinach in Filo Pastry
Cut the filo dough into eight 15 x 15 cm (approximately 6 x 6 inch) squares. Place squares in 8 greased mini tart pans. Bake in preheated 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Warm the spinach in a pan. Beat the cream until stiff. Season the spinach with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove the tart pans from the oven. Divide the spinach among the tarts. Top with whipped cream.
