200 grams baby Spinach
1 Avocado
lemons (juiced)
200 grams shiitake mushrooms
100 grams Salami (thinly sliced)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 tablespoons White vinegar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
7 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach and spin dry. Halve avocado, remove stone, peel and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice immediately.

Clean mushrooms and saute in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove and set aside.

3.

Fold salami slices and cook in oil.

4.

Mix vinegars with salt, pepper and remaining oil to make a salad dressing.

5.

To serve, arrange spinach with avocado, mushrooms and salami on plates and sprinkle with salad dressing.
