plain Yogurt
2 handfuls
Spinach (washed and roughly chopped)

red Chile pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the water to about 70ºC and add the tea bags. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
2.
Remove the tea bags and place the tea in a blender with the yoghurt, spinach and chilli. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
