Spicy Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry chicken wings. Heat oil in 170°C (approximately 338°F). Season flour with paprika, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
Coat chicken wings with flour mixture and cook in hot oil, few pieces at a time, for about 5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Place wings into a large sealable container and add ketchup (2 tablespoons per serving), shake well until wings are evenly covered. Arrange on plates and serve.
