Nutritional values

The cocktail provides you with twice the recommended daily amount of beta-carotene. In the body it is converted into the eye vitamin A as needed, the rest is stored. The carotene also acts as an antioxidant that fights off cell damage and can limit premature aging.

Beta-carotene, which can be found here in carrot juice and cress leaves, is much better absorbed by the body if there is some fat. Mix a few drops of oil (e.g. rape seed oil) into the cocktail.
