Rinse nasturtium flowers and shake dry. Reserve 1-2 beautiful flowers for garnish and coarsely chop the rest.

Squeeze out juice from the clementine. Combine with chopped nasturtium, carrot juice and ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with mineral water, garnish with reserved nasturtium flowers and serve immediately.
