Spiced Pork Rolls
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 200 g of the fromage frais with seasoning and the chopped parsley and chervil until smooth.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining fromage frais with the mayonnaise, Madras curry powder and seasoning.
Lay the ham slices on a flat surface and spread half of them with the herb mixture and the other half with the curry mixture.
Roll into cigars and sliced at 2 inch intervals.
Secure with the cocktail sticks and transfer to a presentation bowl.
Garnish the bowl with the chervil sprigs and frisee lettuce before serving.
