- 4 Oranges
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsps Orange blossom water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 30 grams chopped Shelled pistachio
Preparation

Rinse the oranges in hot water, and then finely grate. Peel the fruit with a knife, and cut the fruit into slices.

Mix the powdered sugar with 50 ml (approximately 2 ounces) of water and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let the syrup cool, and then mix with the orange blossom water and the cinnamon.

Mix the orange slices with the cinnamon syrup, and marinate for 20 minutes. Serve in bowls, garnished with the pistachios.
