Spiced Indian Tea

Place the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves and the star anise in a pot. Add 800 ml water and bring to the boil. Simmer on a low heat for around 10 min.
Add the tea and leave to steep for 3-5 min. Sieve and transfer to glasses.
Heat the milk and whip with a whisk or a milk foamer and add to the glasses of tea. Serve sweetened with honey.
