1 Cinnamon stick
4 Cardamom
4 cloves
1 Star anise
1 tablespoon Black tea
1 ⅔ cups milk
honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Place the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves, and the star anise in a pot. Add 26 ounces water and bring to the boil. Simmer on a low heat for around 10 minutes.

Add the tea and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes. Sieve and transfer to glasses.

Heat the milk and whip with a whisk or a milk foamer and add to the glasses of tea. Serve sweetened with honey.
