Put the water into a pan with the sugar and bring to the boil. Add the lemon juice and orange juice, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Stir in the cinnamon, pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 3-4 hours. Then take out of the freezer, break into pieces and crush finely in a liquidiser or a crushed ice maker. Divide between 4 glasses and pour the Cinnamon Tequila (or Cinnamon Tequila mixed with Tequila Gold) over the sorbet. Serve garnished with cinnamon bark.
