Stick four cloves into each orange wedge. Juice the remaining one and a half oranges and mix the juice with the apple juice, wine, honey, the remaining cloves and the cinnamon stick and bring to the boil.
Steep on a low temperature for around 10 min then divided the orange wedges between four glasses and sieve the mulled wine directly into the glasses. Serve immediately.
