chicken (ready to cook, approx. 1.4 kg, split into 8 pieces)
2 cups
onions (diced)
2 cloves
garlic (diced)
1 tablespoon
1 ⅔ cups
1 teaspoon
½ bunch
cilantro (roughly chopped, to garnish)

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken on a high heat on all sides. Season with salt and ground black pepper and remove from the pan.
2.
Add the onions and garlic to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Add the curry paste and return the chicken to the pan. Deglaze with the stock. Add the herbs and braise on a medium heat for around 30 min.
3.
Arrange the chicken on preheated plates, pour on the sauce and serve garnished with the coriander.
