Spiced Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze

1 Small pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat until pale and creamy. Add the salt. Mix the flour, baking powder, apple pie spice and cocoa powder and add to the mixture. Gradually stir in enough milk to produce a soft batter.
Grease a bundt cake mold and turn the batter into it. Bake in a preheated oven (160°C/320°F with fan) for about 60 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if it browns too quickly. Test to see if it is done by inserting a wooden cocktail stick). When done take out of the oven, turn out of the mold and cool on a cake rack.
For the frosting, mix the cream cheese and cream. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix well. Drizzle the frosting over the cold cake and chill for 1-2 hours.
