2 cups clear Apple juice
Limes (juiced)
1 tablespoon honey
8 Star anise
1 ⅔ cups semi-dry white wine

Preparation steps

1.
Put the star anise into a pan with the apple juice, honey and strained lime juice. Heat without boiling and infuse for about 15 minutes.
2.
Add the wine and infuse for a further 5 minutes. Pour into glasses and serve.
