Spice-Crusted Roast Pork with Cream Sauce
Pork is a meat that contains plenty of protein and healthy fats. It is important to get a lot of protein in your diet for muscle building and daily functioning of all of your cells.
You can always use chicken if you don't eat pork, and you should serve this with a side salad, and a carbohydrate like rice, potatoes, or pasta.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix all spices together. Rub the meat with olive oil, season well with salt and pepper, then rub with the spice mixture.
Place the meat in a roasting pan and roast in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Pour in the broth and white wine, reduce the temperature to 325°F and cook until done, about 1 hour.
Remove meat, deglaze the pan with a little boiling water and pour in a pan. Add the cream, let boil and stir vigorously. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the meat into slices, put into the sauce and serve immediately. Serve as desired with boiled potatoes and a mixed salad.
