Preparation steps

1.
Place graham crackers in a food processor and process until crackers are finely crumbled. Add sugar and the melted butter. Pulse until blended together. Turn out and press into the bottom of a 9 inch heart shaped pan. Place prepared pan into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
3.
Remove the graham cracker crust from the refrigerator. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Remove from pan.
4.
For the chocolate ganache filling:
5.
Place both the chocolates on a work surface and chop finely. Transfer to a heatproof mixing bowl and set aside. Place the cream in a saucepan, add the split vanilla bean, and bring to a boil. Boil for 20 seconds, and then pour through a strainer onto the chocolate. Let stand for 30 seconds; discard the vanilla bean. Whisk until fully combined.
6.
When the chocolate is completely melted and still lukewarm, pour the ganache onto the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow ganache to harden. Remove tart from pan. Garnish with berries and dust with powdered chocolate and serve.
