Special Diet Frozen Treats

Heat the sugar and water in a pan over a low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved completely. Set aside to cool.
Mash together the lemon juice and bananas until blended.
Stir in the sugar syrup and soya yoghurt. Pour into a freezerproof container, cover and freeze for about 7 hours until solid. Beat the mixture twice during the freezing time with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
To serve: melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Dip the top of the cones in the chocolate until coated and stand in a glass to set.
Scoop the ice cream into the cones and spoon a little strawberry syrup on top.
