Healthy, because

With the non-alcoholic fruit punch you will not only make children happy, because they can enjoy the punch as a party drink just like adults. Your liver and your calorie account will also be happy if you give up alcohol. In addition, strawberries in the fruit punch provide secondary plant substances such as ferulic and ellagic acid, which have been proven to have a cancer-preventive effect.

If the party drink is intended exclusively for adults, you can also replace part of the ginger ale and mineral water with a bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
