Sparkling Strawberry Punch
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut in half. Rinse woodruff under running water and pluck leaves, saving some nice ones for garnish.
Pour woodruff into the chilled wine. Zest and squeeze the lemon, add both to the punch. Infuse 20 minutes. Strain through a sieve, stir in strawberries and sugar, pour in chilled champagne or sparkling water and decorate with woodruff leaves.
