3 tablespoons brown sugar
500 milliliters dry white wine
1 bottle chilled Sparkling wine

Preparation steps

Peel the pineapple and cut into quarters lengthwise. Cut out the stalk and cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Rinse the strawberries, hull and halve or quarter depending on the size. Combine all the fruit in a punch bowl and mix with orange juice. Infuse for about 10 minutes, then pour in the dry white wine and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling wine and add the mint leaves. Serve in small punch glasses with ice cubes.
