Spaghetti with Spinach and Bacon
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain thoroughly. Rinse and trim the spinach.
Heat the butter in a large non, stick skillet. Dice the bacon and sauté the bacon until crispy. Add the spinach (while still wet), sauté until wilted, stirring constantly.
Add the spaghetti to the pan, and toss to combine. Pour in the cream, and cook until the liquid has almost evaporated. Mix in the parmesan cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve on plates.
