1 small jar white wine
200 milliliters Beef broth
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation steps

Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Peel carrots, quarter lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs, dice. Peel and finely chop garlic. Clean mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Rinse tomatoes and blanch in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel, chop. Heat oil in a large pan and saute meat until crumbly. Add white wine and mix well.

Add tomato paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, carrots and garlic. Reduce heat and saute briefly. Add tomatoes, broth and oregano. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg and simmer, covered, for about 40 minutes. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, toss with Bolognese sauce and arrange on plates. Serve hot. If desired, sprinkle with some grated Parmesan.
