400 grams mixed Ground meat

1 tablespoon Tomato paste
125 milliliters Red wine
250 milliliters Beef broth
400 grams dices tomatoes (canned)
400 grams Spaghetti
salt
freshly ground peppers
oregano (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel, trim and rinse the carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Chop all finely. Finely dice the bacon. Brown the ground meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Add the prepared vegetables and tomato paste and fry for a few minutes. Deglaze with the red wine and pour in the broth. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and transfer to plates. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the spaghetti.

Garnish with oregano and serve immediately.
