3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sorrel leaves, pick through, trim, spin dry and transfer to plates.

2.

Rinse the strawberries, trim, cut in half lengthwise and arrange on the salad.

3.

For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
