4 cups Rhubarb (peeled and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm long)
¾ cup sugar
½ cup dry white wine

Preparation steps

1.
Place the rhubarb in a pot and add the sugar. Use a little more or less depending on your preference. Add the wine and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
2.
Boil for 4-5 so that the rhubarb is soft but does not fall apart.
3.
Transfer to a glass (will keep for around 1 week) and leave to cool and use as a dessert.
