2 Avocados (halved, pitted, flesh scooped out)
cup cream cheese
cup cream (whipped)
Tabasco sauce
lemon juice
cup fresh Salmon fillet (skinned, diced)
Dill (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Puree together the avocado and the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped cream. Season with Tabasco, salt and lemon juice. Transfer to a pipping bag and pipe into glasses.

Mix together the salmon and 1 tbsp lemon juice and place on top of the mousse. Serve garnished with dill.
